Delivery Information
The time required to prepare an order for dispatch varies, for details please see individual items.
The Aromatary predominantly uses Royal Mail to dispatch all orders unless an alternative is required.
UK items will be sent 1st class whenever possible. International items will be shipped at their respective international standard rates. These will be dependant on the weight of the order and this will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are only an approximation. Some delays may be unavoidable but I will do my best to ship all orders within the specified time.
UK: 3-5 working days
International: Please contact us for an ETA.
The Aromatary cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances which can result in delays.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and The Aromatary is not responsible for delays due to customs.
